Sewing is increasingly becoming recognized as an effective way to support mental health well-being and recovery. As an activity, it can increase skills that can help in many aspects of life, improve concentration, provide a form of stress relief or an opportunity for mindfulness, encourage creativity, and most importantly enjoyable.

In this course, we will cover simple sewing techniques that can be achieved with affordable and easily accessible materials. This is a practical course and students can expect lots of interactive activities throughout the course.

This is a two-day course. Students are expected to attend both days.
