Understanding 'Burnout'

Thu, 26 May 2022
12:30 - 15:30
Tower Hamlets Recovery College

Living in a state of uncertainty during the pandemic as well as increased working from home due to the pandemic has meant work life and private life have become increasingly overlapped.

A study completed by Mental Health UK since the start of the pandemic found nearly 50% of adults working in the UK feel more prone to extreme levels of stress than ever before.

This course will explore what is burnout, how does it occur, what we can do to manage it, and where we can seek help and support if we are concerned about ourselves or others.
