More About Us

Co-production is at the heart of everything we do. All our courses are co-produced, co-planned, co-facilitated, and co-delivered by experts with lived experience of mental health (our peer tutors) and experts by profession - ensuring that our courses are recovery-focused, based on real-life experiences, while supporting students in their recovery journey.

Our services are open to anyone in Tower Hamlets - no referral needed, this includes service users, carers, students, family and friends as well as staff working in the borough.

If you would like to get involved, book now!

Visit our Library

At the Recovery College, we have our very own Library space open to everyone. We have a wide selection of books on Mental Health and Recovery that students can borrow and enjoy. Students can also access information on Local resources, activities, and projects in the community.

Our friendly librarian staff are here to support you! There are also laptops and tablets which students can use to browse the internet and seek further information.

This is a safe space for students to enjoy the Recovery College without having to access any courses. There is also comfy seating as well as free refreshments!

Words of Wellbeing Bookclub

Interested in books about Mental Health and Recovery? Looking to discuss your thoughts and opinions with other like-minded individuals? Then our Words of Wellbeing Bookclub is the perfect fit for you!

The book club takes place in our Library space. Free refreshments are also available.
