Sleep and mental health are closely related. Sleep deprivation affects your physical state and mental health. And those with mental health problems are more likely to have insomnia or other sleep disorders.

A high number of adults report trouble getting to sleep and sleeping. With higher use of screens and higher levels of stress, there are a lot of factors that could contribute to this.
