Studies show that physical activity can improve one’s mental and physical wellbeing. With busy lives and unpredictable schedules it can different to factor in exercise and time for ourselves.

Exercise doesn’t have to be complicated, there are many ways to insert it into our lives to ensure we are looking after ourselves while still having time for everything else! This course will explore the benefits of physical activity, movements that feels good to you, how to increase your activity levels and activity centres in the local community.
